Every package includes a custom cinematic video, custom digital flyer, a domain name, and hosting for one year. Basic Vibe is a one-page site with RSVP. Premium Vibe is a three-page WordPress site with gallery, guest message wall, and hashtag section. Ultimate Vibe is a four-page WordPress site with a dedicated RSVP page, gift registry, expanded graphics, and physical event product add-ons.
Yes. Every package includes a custom domain and web hosting for one full year from the launch date.
Your event website stays live for one year. You will receive renewal reminders at 60 days and 30 days before expiration.
You can renew your domain and hosting to keep the site live. We will send renewal reminders before your expiration date. If you do not renew, the site will go offline after the expiration date.
Each package includes two revision rounds. This covers one round for the video and one round for the website. Additional revisions may be available for a separate fee.
Professional photos are not required, but they produce the best results. Clear, well-lit, high-resolution images create better videos, flyers, galleries, and website visuals.
Yes. Modern smartphones take excellent photos. Make sure they are well-lit and not blurry. Avoid compressed screenshots from social media — they reduce quality.
After checkout, you will receive a post-purchase intake form. Submit your event details, creative vision, photos, videos, hashtag, domain preferences, and any special instructions through that form.
Yes. Every package includes an RSVP or inquiry form. Premium and Ultimate Vibe include dedicated RSVP sections with a guest response experience.
Yes. The Ultimate Vibe package includes a gift registry section. Premium Vibe can include a registry link as part of the site. Let us know your registry URL in the intake form.
Yes. You can submit your own domain name if you already own one. Otherwise, we will register a domain based on your preferred options.
Yes. A custom digital flyer is included in every package. We design it to match your event website theme. You can also order standalone digital or printed flyers from the store.
Standard build time is approximately 14–16 business days from the date your intake form is submitted with all assets. Rush options may be available for an additional fee.
After production, you will receive a review link for your video and a preview of your website. You review and approve each element. Two revision rounds are included before final launch.
We check domain availability after receiving your preferred options in the intake form. We confirm with you before purchasing. We do not auto-register domains without your approval.
Yes. We offer retractable banners, printed flyers, step-and-repeat backdrops, QR code cards, table signage, memorial cards, thank-you cards, and event apparel. Add them during checkout or request them after your order.
Physical print and apparel products require 7–10 additional business days for production and shipping. Plan ahead if you need them before your event date.
